About these terms

This website is run by Mallika Misra, trading as Niwala by Mallika, Sector-120, Noida, Uttar Pradesh. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and to our Shipping & Refunds and Privacy pages.

Our products

  • Every pickle and chutney is made by hand at home in small batches. Colour, texture and spice can vary slightly from batch to batch.

  • The label on each jar lists its ingredients.

  • Allergies: our kitchen prepares all kinds of vegetarian foods. If you have an allergy, please contact us before you order.

  • FSSAI registration number: 22720925000871

Storing your pickles

Use a clean, dry spoon and keep the lid tightly closed. Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. Our pickles are best within 6 months of packing; refrigerate after opening.

Prices and payment

  • Prices are in Indian rupees and include all taxes and delivery.

  • You pay in advance on our Razorpay page by UPI, card, netbanking or wallet.

  • Your order is confirmed once the payment succeeds and you receive the Razorpay receipt.

  • We may change prices, but a new price never affects an order you've already paid for.

Our responsibility

We take great care with every jar. If something goes wrong with an order, the most we are responsible for is the amount you paid for that order. We aren't responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather or other events outside our control, but we'll help you sort them out.

Website content

The photos, text, recipes and the Niwala name and logo belong to Niwala by Mallika. Please don't copy them without asking.

Law

These terms follow Indian law. Any dispute will be handled by the courts in Gautam Buddh Nagar (Noida), Uttar Pradesh.
