Who we are

Niwala by Mallika is a home kitchen in Sector-120, Noida, Uttar Pradesh, run by Mallika Misra. This page explains what personal information we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

What we collect and why

  • When you order: on our Razorpay payment page you give us your delivery address, pincode, phone number, email and any special instructions. We use them only to pack and deliver your order, send your receipt and contact you about your order.

  • Your payment details: you enter them on Razorpay's secure page. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details. Razorpay's own privacy policy covers them.

  • When you message us: on WhatsApp or email we see your name, number and message, and use them to reply to you.

  • When you visit the website: our website host, Squarespace, uses cookies and collects basic information such as pages visited, device type and rough location. This keeps the site working and shows us how many people visit.

Who we share it with

We share information only as needed to serve you:

  • our courier, who gets your name, address and phone number to deliver

  • Razorpay, for payments

  • Squarespace, which hosts the website

  • WhatsApp (Meta), if you message us there

We never sell your information.

Messages about new batches and offers

We send these only if you ask for them, for example by joining our WhatsApp channel. You can leave at any time.

How long we keep it

We keep order details as long as we need them for your order and for as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires. After that, we delete them.

Keeping it safe

We keep order information in password-protected accounts and share it only with the services listed above. Payments are handled by Razorpay, which follows card-industry security standards (PCI DSS).

Children

Our shop is meant for adults. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to order for you.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
